Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oaf goods, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return form or QR code is included as instructed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at your nearest authorized collection point using the prepaid label provided in the portal.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
